With ownership in nearly 2,400 apartment units in the Midwest, Andy Warnock (principal and founder of the Westwood Collective) was looking to centralize his business operation. In 2018, Westwood was born to be a real estate development operation focused on small town America. With active projects in Hilliard, Plain City, and London, Ohio, Westwood is breathing new life into suburban downtowns. Through strategic real estate investment and development, the Westwood Team seeks to enhance and distinguish the communities where they work and live.
